Sandra Blackledge

I have lived in Loughton for 15 years. I love so much about Milton Keynes, especially our community, our diversity and our green spaces.

I am a qualified accountant. I was a school governor for 8 years, including 5 years as chair. In this role I worked to improve the outcomes for every child. 

If elected, I would work for all Watling Ward residents to ensure their views are heard. I would aim to provide local services that give you the best value for your council tax payments.

Housing and development 

There should be affordable, sustainable housing for local people. New developments must have schools, shops, doctors, community centres, parks and public transport links as a priority. 

Green spaces

We must maintain our parks, lakes and green spaces, ensuring they are accessible to everyone.
